My office is here to assist local residents with issues pertaining to federal government agencies. If you require assistance, please complete the appropriate  authorization and consent form below, and return it to my office. Forms can be emailed to alistair.macgregor.c1@parl.gc.ca , by mail to 101-126 Ingram St, Duncan, BC, V9L 1P1, or in person to either my Duncan or Langford office location during our regular business hours.
